MUSTARD SAUCE

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups thick, homemade mayonnaise (Hellmann's optional)

1/2 cup Polish mustard (Kosciusko optional)

1 1/2 tablespoon of light yellow prepared mustard (French's)

1/4 cup prepared horseradish (Axelrod's)

juice of 1/2 a large lemon

4 dashes Worcestershire sauce (Lee & Perrins)

Preparation

Whisk together the ingredients, one at a time, in the order listed. Place in a glass bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate.
